BareFit uses calisthenics as a way of training. Calisthenics is resistance training with your own body weight. Initially inspired by a passion and love of extreme and advanced calisthenics. As our teaching and coaching are scientifically based we like to keep it challenging, fun, and creative.
CAL 101
With proper instructions and execution, calisthenic training can be more beneficial than traditional weight training because it engages your entire body and teaches you proper weight shifting and movement control without using weights.
