ESSENTIAL CIRCUIT
Train hard, move with purpose, and challenge your whole body. Essential Circuit combines functional strength exercises with high-energy cardio stations to build strength, improve endurance, and push your conditioning.

ROW FIT
Build endurance and strength through functional movement. Row Fit combines cardio-focused rowing with functional strength exercises to build stamina, strength, and overall conditioning.

CALISTHENICS 101
Start with the fundamentals and build from there. Calisthenics 101 introduces the basics of bodyweight strength training with a focus on form, stability, control, and progressive strength.

CORE FIT
Build strength from the inside out. Core Fit focuses on the deep stabilizing muscles and larger movement muscles that support balance, control, and total-body strength.

BARRE PILATES
Strengthen, sculpt, and move with control. Barre Pilates blends Pilates fundamentals with ballet-inspired barre work to build stability, improve posture, and challenge your muscles in a low-impact way.
