We offer classes for every level. All classes are first-come, first-serve, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

ROW-FIT

RowFit is designed to help you stay strong in your body, mind, and spirit.  Alternating intervals on and off of the rowing machine. RowFit delivers a triple-threat workout: high-intensity sweat, low-impact burn, and total body results

CAL 101

This is an intro to calisthenics class. Cal 101 will offer balance, flexibility, and strength in a creative, fun, and functional way, mainly using your body weight as resistance. With proper instructions and execution, calisthenics training can be more beneficial than traditional weight training because it engages your entire body and teaches you proper weight shifting and movement control.

CAL RECOVERY

Cal Recovery involves movement that lengthens and stretches muscles. This class can help you prevent injuries, and back pain, and fix imbalance problems. A well-stretched muscle more easily achieves its full range of motion. Greater flexibility improves performance for daily activities. Stretching can also be a great way to get you moving in the morning or a way to relax after a long day.

CORE-FIT

Core exercises are often neglected. Core-Fit class focuses on functional training of the inner and outer units of the core. Core-Fit exercises specifically target the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities. Most physical activities depend on stable core muscles for joint and body stability.

ESSENTIAL CIRCUIT

Essential Circuit training uses calisthenics exercises to improve, strength, muscular endurance, and stamina and burns plenty of calories. Circuit training is performing a series of exercises without rest between sets. The sets are done for a predetermined number of repetitions or for a specified amount of time.

YOGA

Yoga-Fit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Yoga-fit blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. YOUTH CAL

Strength training for kids? You bet! Done properly, strength training offers many benefits to young athletes. Strength training is even a good idea for kids who simply want to look and feel better. According to the Centers for Disease Control, children should perform 60 minutes or more of physical activity every day. Calisthenics or bodyweight exercises are recommended for children. Youth Cal offers a fun way to focus on proper form and technique while building strength.
